You can expect a solid pump because of the blood-flow enhancing aspect. Extra mental alertness and focus is a byproduct of the caffeine. Then you have the Creatine mix for muscle growth and resistance to fatigue. Really overall it has everything you should need before a workout to get the most out of the workout.

However there are a few downsides. The mixture of Creatine can be tough on a stomach and might cause digestive issues. Also all of those components have a greater chance of causing a reaction with your body in the case of an upset stomach.

In a sense, when looking at NO xplode vs. Jack3d, one of the biggest differences seems to be what goes into it. This is a much simpler product that has caffeine, amino acids, and a few other things like grape seed extract and Vitamin C. This is honestly a more slimmed down product that seems geared towards giving you a boost in energy that will have you powering through a workout, and not much else.

Without the Creatine you have less of a chance for an upset stomach, but at the same time pre-workout Creatine is still desired for most people. There also seems to be less NO boosters to help with getting a bigger physical pump versus mental. Of course it still has L-arginine, but not as much of other components.

At the end of the day it really gets down to your personal goals and what you need out of a pre-workout formula. For people who need more energy then it seems that Jack3d is the better choice. That product seems more geared to being more of a mental stimulant that also provides the type of energy you need to tear through a workout. For people who want a more intense pump during the workout, NO xplode seems to be the clear winner. With the addition of Creatine and other components it does seem to be more well rounded and complete.
